FILING A CLAIM 

To get started on a Return Claim, choose the correct email address from the below list and please indicate RETURN in the Subject Line:
We accept Return Claims for up to 30 days after purchase, for unused, full-price items only. Surfboards cannot be waxed, have traction applied, have been in the water, or have any dings or previous repairs.


In the email, please be sure to include the following information, or we will not be able to get started on your Return or Exchange Claim:
Order Number
Full Name
Shipping Address
Phone Number
Proof of Purchase


WARRANTY

Forecast Global, LLC offers a one year warranty from the time of purchase. The warranty is limited to manufacturer’s defects or issues that are a result from a flaw in the product. If you feel your product meets these requirements, please file a claim info@forecastsurf.com with an explanation of the issue, photos of your product, and your order information.
Dents and similar physical damages that are caused through wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Feel free to contact us for advice on handling repairs if needed.


RETURN PROCESS

First, you’ll email us to start your Return Claim. If your Claim is approved, someone from our Customer Service team will provide you with a Shipping Label and instructions on how to Return the item. This Shipping cost will be deducted from your Refund (we cannot Refund the original Shipping cost either). We will then email you to notify you that we’ve received your returned item, and will let you know if the Refund has been approved. If your Refund is approved, you should see your refunded funds within 3-5 business days.
Please note that surfboards cannot be waxed, have traction applied, have been in the water, or have any dings or previous repairs. Accessories & Fins if ordered must be returned in their original packaging if desired to return with board.
