Previously a manual worker on residential projects, Simona is a dedicated surfer, award-winning roller skater, and passionate stargazer. As Michele’s right hand in factory operations, she oversees much of the production process and has an exceptional talent for shaping.

Born in Caracas to an Italian father and Venezuelan mother, Gianfranco is a proud dad, former bartender, and passionate garage shaper. An avid traveler fluent in English, he brings over 10 years of surfing experience—mostly on shortboards. Gianfranco oversees the lamination process.

Coming from the hospitality industry, Alessandro is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys trekking, foraging, and natural field recording. A post-metal guitarist and bassist, he has shown remarkable growth within the factory, now fully managing the Infusion+ process.

Born and raised by the sea, Fabio is a former lifeguard and lifelong ocean lover. He started surfing at age seven, and Bali remains his favorite surf destination. Fabio handles several key production processes, including CNC management.

A former salesman with 12 years of kitesurfing experience, Izio is also a father and well-known local DJ. He manages the entire sanding process with precision and passion.

A former bartender and makeup artist, Irene is the factory’s most versatile team member—capable of successfully handling more than 85% of operational tasks. A surfing rookie, she prefers her Minimalibu board and keeps a watchful eye on the factory kitchen.

Born in Sassari, Giuseppe studied technical material production and has been a dedicated basketball player since age 14, currently competing in Sardinia’s C League. He enjoys trekking, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Favorite movie: Interstellar.

Born in Sassari, Claudio studied languages and has worked as a kids’ sports instructor, heavy machinery mechanic, and logistics & storage specialist. A passionate skater and multi-sport athlete, he played football at the national level with Torres and Alghero, and also enjoys baseball. His love for nature inspired a family beekeeping business known for its exceptional local honey.

Born in Alghero, Daniele is an Aerospace Engineer specializing in helicopters and a former Amazon Fulfillment Center Manager. Off the clock, he channels his creativity through theater, bringing stories to life on stage. His passions include theater, history, and the beautiful game of football.

Oscar is a sea lover, spear fisherman, and passionate outdoorsman with a deep appreciation for land and farming. A versatile professional, he’s worked in the tourism industry and is also a computer science technician. In his free time, he plays guitar in an alternative rock band.

Born in Sassari, Veronica served as a sailor at the Italian Navy base in La Maddalena. A strong swimmer and canoe enthusiast, she later spent eight years in Birmingham (UK) building a successful career in the food industry, rising to manage full-scale restaurant operations. A true nature lover, she’s always exploring new beaches and coastlines.
